Do not use SuperCurate to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to disrupt or overload our infrastructure. We may suspend access if these rules are violated.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SuperCurate a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

5. Data & Liability

We take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard Your Data but cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. SuperCurate is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to Your Data resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the fees (if any) you paid in the preceding 12 months.
